Founder – Jasmine
Jasmine’s love for horse racing began at a very young age and led her to start her career in the industry as a groom for Phil McEntee. This opened the door for her to ride in races as an amateur jockey – an achievement she remains incredibly proud of.
Her professional path later led her into Aircraft Sales, where she is now a Director within a leading aviation group. Alongside this, Jasmine manages the syndicate, keeps owners updated on their horses’ progress, and enjoys searching the racing calendar for the horses next targets.
Setting up the syndicate was a dream, which has now grown into a source of immense enjoyment and shared excitement, made possible by an exceptional group of owners and supporters.

Phil McEntee has been at Racefield Stables in Newmarket for over ten years, where he and his hardworking team are responsible for caring for over 30 horses.
The yard has taken the title for the all-weather winning most horse in 2018 & 2021, and Phil is well known for improving horses that join his team from other yards.
Horses in Phil’s care enjoy daily turnout, and their happiness is at the forefront of training, which is evident when visiting the yard. Ruby Red Racing and the McEntee team have now combined with eight winners together.

Hayley is a new trainer to join the ranks in Newmarket, and we are delighted to support her at the start of her journey. Previously involved as an owner in the syndicate with two-time winner Shorts On, Hayley knows how we operate at Ruby Red Racing and has experienced the thrill as a winning owner. She has an wealth of experience, having ridden as an apprentice for Luca Cumani, had spells in the US, and served as a former assistant to Chris Wall. A natural horsewoman with an excellent eye for detail, we can’t wait to experience our first win together.
